general terms and conditions

I. Scope
1. The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, both non-binding pre-orders and binding orders for parcel delivery, to entrepreneurs and consumers via this online presence for deliveries within Germany.
2. An entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity. A consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

II. Conclusion of contract
The product pages in our shop are non-binding representations of our product range.
As an existing customer or new customer, you have the option of placing a binding order for products. You are not considered a new customer if you live in the same household as an existing customer or if you already have an account with Wildfood.

1. Binding order for parcel delivery
a) Your contractual partner for binding orders for parcel delivery is Interfood GmbH, Von-Coels Straße 405, 52080 Aachen, Germany.
b) Once you have found the product you are looking for, you can add it to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking the [Add to cart] button. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right area. The products in the shopping cart can be removed from the shopping cart at any time by pressing the trash can icon [Remove product]. If you now want to place a binding order for the products, registration is first required. To register, the data provided must be entered in the form. After registration and registration in the shop system, select the order for parcel delivery ("express delivery parcel") with the desired date. To do this, click on the corresponding button [Next]. After selecting the payment method, you will be taken to an overview page at the end of the ordering process, where your ordered products and the final amount are displayed. By clicking on the button [binding purchase] you make a binding declaration of intent in the form of an offer to conclude a purchase contract. Up to this point, the process can be aborted at any time by closing the browser window. You can correct input errors by clicking on the link [Change shopping cart], clicking on the link [Change address], clicking on the link [Shipping method] or the [Back] button and entering your entries corrected.
After submitting your binding declaration of intent, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is only concluded by acceptance of the offer by us, by sending you an order confirmation or by delivery of the goods to the parcel service provider.
Pre-orders of spirits and other items that are subject to separate legal sales restrictions will not be executed to minors.
